Koinonia Database gives no guarantee to you of the continued availability of any particular job or product advertised on the Site and will not be liable to you should an advertiser have filled or withdrawn a vacancy or jobseeker availability at any time prior to removal of the advertisement or resume from the Site.

Whilst Koinonia Database takes efforts to ensure that jobs or candidates advertised are genuine and that the data presented about the job or person is accurate, it gives no guarantee to you that every job or candidate description is free from errors or inaccuracies.

The laws governing this agreement will be the laws in Kenya and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts.

Any information which we hold for you is stored on secure servers belonging to third. In addition, our employees and the contractors who provide services related to our information systems are contractually obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by Koinonia Database.

Our employees have severely restricted access to personal data stored on Koinonia Database. However, Koinonia Database will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of your personal information.

With the consent of Koinonia Database's registered members, Koinonia Database may provide that member's personal profile to Koinonia Database clients who have placed job ads with matching classifications and locations to the registered member's profile and who have purchased access to the member's profile. The use of that information by these Koinonia Database clients is not within the control of Koinonia Database and we cannot accept responsibility for the conduct of these clients.



Koinonia Database clients who place job ads on Koinonia Database, and who purchase Koinonia Database registered members' profiles are asked to comply with our Advertiser Terms and Conditions that include a privacy policy with regard to their own information handling practices.

Koinonia Database welcomes ideas and feedback about all aspects of the site. Koinonia Database stores feedback that users send to us. This feedback will be used to administer and refine the service and may be shared with Koinonia Database partners either in aggregate form or with specific identifying characteristics removed.
